What Does the INFINITI Factory Warranty Cover?

Every new INFINITI vehicle comes with a 4-year/60,000-mile bumper-to-bumper limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, a 6-year/70,000-mile powertrain warranty covering the engine, transmission, and drivetrain, and a lifetime panel corrosion limited warranty with no mileage cap. Roadside assistance is included for the first 4 years with unlimited mileage, and a complimentary INFINITI courtesy vehicle is available when you drop off your vehicle for covered warranty service at participating retailers. There is no deductible for any covered warranty repair.

What Is the INFINITI Battery Warranty?

When it is time to replace your battery, choosing a genuine INFINITI battery means your new part is backed by an 84-month limited warranty and meets your vehicle's original specifications. That’s seven years of coverage on a component that most drivers replace more than once over the life of their vehicle.

What Does the INFINITI Certified Pre-Owned Warranty Cover?

INFINITI Certified Pre-Owned vehicles must be newer than five model years old with fewer than 60,000 miles. Vehicles with 15,000 miles or fewer at the time of certification receive a 6-year/75,000-mile limited powertrain warranty from the original in-service date. Vehicles with more than 15,000 miles receive a 6-year/unlimited-mileage limited powertrain warranty from the original in-service date. All INFINITI Certified Pre-Owned vehicles also include 24/7 roadside assistance concurrent with the powertrain warranty, up to $100 in towing assistance, and up to five days of rental car reimbursement at $50 per day for covered repairs.

Can I Extend My INFINITI Warranty?

Yes. The Elite INFINITI Extended Protection Plan builds on standard limited warranty coverage with expanded component coverage including electrical, audio and navigation, suspension, and climate control systems. Coverage is available for up to 8 years with unlimited mileage, carries a $0 deductible for covered repairs, and is fully transferable to a subsequent owner.
