Last Friday, I came in and purchased an FX35 from Larry Olson at your dealership and am absolutely loving my new car.   I have been receiving periodic monthly emails from Billy over the last couple of months and this last one did the trick. I responded to his email about the weekend specials and he immediately had Larry Olson give me a call. I’m not talking within 24 hours, I’m talking within 5-10 minutes.  So many times with email, it takes hours and sometimes days to get a response, not in Southwest Infiniti’s case. The high-level of customer service started immediately with Larry, and he scheduled a time for me to stop by and check things out.   I received what I’m considering the “Best” service I have received in a very very long time.  I’m in the customer service/real estate business and our main mission is to provide a high-end level of customer service to compliment our high-end very expensive apartments, so I’m very hard to please most of the time.  But I just have to say that Larry Olson is by far one of the best sales guy I have come into contact with over the last many many years. 

A few months ago, when I begin considering a new car, I initially stopped by West Houston Infiniti and didn’t receive the level of service that I was looking for. West Infiniti is closer to my house, but with my first encounter I knew I would never feel comfortable going back to do business there. So when I received another monthly email from Billy, I decided to give your dealership a try.  I have been nothing but impressed with my sales experience at your dealership and am proud to refer other folks to Southwest Infiniti, as you guys are doing “IT” right.  I can tell that not only Larry but everyone I met while at your dealership is willing and excited to provide the A+ level of service.  Hats off to you.
